About Me
Clinical Experience in Counselling and Psychotherapy
I am an Integrative, Humanistic and Transpersonal Counsellor and Psychotherapist trained in integrative counselling and Jungian / Transpersonal Psychotherapy with a Masters Degree in the latter. My experience covers seven years both within the NHS working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist at a GP Practice and in private practice.
I have and do work with a vast range of psychological issues ranging from brief intervention counselling for post traumatic stress disorder to long-term therapy working towards integration of the whole person working from a psycho-analytic perspective. In other words, from short term crisis intervention to long term journeys of self discovery.
